Finn 2000-2011

I'm really sad to say that my little Finn is gone. Too good for carrots, he lived a long and happy life eating more raspberries and blackberries than any rabbit could dream of. I miss him already :'-(

Steven Alan

Seriously, sometimes I think that the Steven Alan logo is surely a joke. How many vector points does one logo need?

It reminds me of something I came across on my street once, that I thought I should document at the time in case I ever need to use it as supporting evidence to describe something hideous.
Behold, the concentrated scrawlings of a neighborhood serial killer. Obviously if this was written by a 80 year old with Parkinson's, I'm going to continue my route to hell.

Barf

On Saturday I went on a spontaneous trip to Disneyland due to the good fortune of not having to work. And this free Saturday was going to be damn well taken advantage of...so despite a slight hangover, off we went, Emma and I.

We arrived at the land of happy in good spirits...until we went on our first ride; Tower of Terror. I'd clearly underestimated my hangover because after 5 drastic stomache churning drops on the damn ride, I ended up stumbling to the nearest goofy hat souvenir store with a pounding headache and frowny face. My first purchases of the day at Disneyland: Advil and Pepto Bismol. Seriously style cramping.

After my massive grumpiness wore off with the 'Ijustmaybarfrightnow' feeling, the rest of the day went swimmingly.

I made sure to eat a frozen banana. Because that is what I do at Disneyland. Eat a chocolate covered. Frozen. Banana.

Fantastic Mr. Fox

Finally watched Fantastic Mr. Fox over the weekend. I loved everything about this movie! Everything. Especially Mr. Fox—brash, naughty, egotistic and unapologetic. He is the epitome of the guy who always gets you into shenanigans but you can't help but let him off the hook a million times because he's so charming. Charmers, they always get you. tsk tsk.

It's getting grinchy in here

Wah! The holiday season is here and I'm beginning to feel that holiday anxiety headache already. I haven't started my annual Christmas card designs, and I haven't spent a dime on gifts besides my own thus far. I haven't made a new year's resolution, I don't know what the hell I want to do to celebrate my birthday, all I've done is eat everything that is peppermint flaked and write in my moleskin about the things that have to be done, with no check marks on any of said items.

Fuck the holidays. As much as I love them unless you're unemployed, who has time to enjoy it?
