Plank

This is so badass... one legged plank on an unstable platform. I only wish I had this much core strength. I've upped my pilates routine to three times a week in honor of summer so this may just be me by the end of August...? Too bad I can hardly hold the plank for 10 seconds before I feel like my heads going to explode.

I don't know you anymore

Last night I came home to Michi sporting a cross around her neck and reciting the bible. Somehow the anchor charm had snapped off at the most important part. I have no idea how Michi broke the charm to begin with 'cause its made of metal but I'll file this away as an unsolved mystery and leave it at that.. I'm sure now any neighbors who pass Michi at her display window now think I'm some sort of religious zealot.

Last week I saw Caribou at the El Rey. They were pretty awesome and psychedelic...I wasn't dissapointed. I typically don't record bands while I'm watching them cause it gets annoying but lately I've been doing so cause I like that I can replay it at home however many times I want.

Anyway check it out. I love when I see two drummers on stage at once.
