This is so badass... one legged plank on an unstable platform. I only wish I had this much core strength. I've upped my pilates routine to three times a week in honor of summer so this may just be me by the end of August...? Too bad I can hardly hold the plank for 10 seconds before I feel like my heads going to explode.
